原民華語文數位教學之教材發展與教學開跑

在移民已成為台灣之第五大族群之際，當前台灣學術與實務教育領域對於移民華語教材之開發卻普遍面臨教材質量與教材合適性不足的窘境；尤其是透過數位平台資源，以進行移民華語的數位學習與教學模式，更是從未在過去的移民教學現場中出現。為促進移民華語之有效學習，以及厚實第一線移民華語教師之華語教材使用資源，本計畫建構出最合適外籍移民於日常生活中使用的100 句數位華語教材，以豐潤移民之華語學習需求。

本課程以「新移民在台生活最常用華語100句」之數位課程為主軸，不限時間、地點皆可上線進行自學，內容主題分為飲食健康、多元社會、自主學習、就業說明、觀光景點、生活禮儀及親子教養等十七類，以情境動畫、句子擴展、詞語練習、漢字習寫、句中語音及聲調聽辨等方式進行。讓新移民透過句子的學習，提升其華語文的溝通能力，進而拓展主題知識，以利其他生活資訊和技能的習得。課程設計規劃將會以「學習目標」為基礎下發展出課程元件，以此方式組成整體架構，其包含「情境動畫」、「句型練習」、「詞語練習」、「語音練習」、「漢字練習」及「小試身手」。

此教材被應用在原民華語文教學中，配合種子教師之教學原民覺得獲益良多且樂於華語文之學習。為原民華語文之教學及學習開啟新紀元。

心得感想：
是誰再區分elearning，為什麼要區分？是否真的已經達到具突破性的區分與創意！
elearning重點於learning，learning，learning~~~~~
教師應用elearning重點應在有效教學，讓學生有效學習，達到深遠的學習，
要深刻檢討，開設此一堂課的目的是為什麼，而不是看看這些學生要學什麼
或是為科技而科技，要思考這樣的工具是否適合此堂課程，要做隨時之修正與檢討
課程的進行且要於期中與期末不斷的做修正與改進！人為工具所役或是運用工具
使用工具！
因此，若要做區分elearning2.0~1.0我想要思考的是這樣的區分有其寓意或是貢獻？？？
但雖說如此，亦應要尊重各式工具！因為那都是IT人的努力與貢獻！

一、What do you think about e-learning, virtual schools, and Second Life?e-learning：舉凡以數位方式學習，如：使用數位化設備或網路都可以統稱e-learning。目前所提到的學習已經與e-learning幾乎可以不需要進行區分，因此談論e-learning的範疇與定義似乎已經不重要，於e-learning更讓人重視的是如何應用科技設備或網路設備用的恰到好處，設計的過程是否流暢，更重要的是是否可以引發有意義的學習與進行有效率的教學！更重要的是如何讓學生的學習達到目的且讓學生對於學習的興趣，進而引發學生學習的自我探索！virtual schools：屬於e-learning的一種，但是相對於e-learning而言，在管理與權限設定上更加的嚴謹。在這裡秀敏將virtual schools定義為具學分的正式修課課程管理機制，其不僅只使用數位化的學習外，其涵蓋各種行政機制：如招生、註冊、學員管理、課程管理、教師管理、各式測驗機制，如同一般學校的運作機制。但是與E-Learning最大的差異於權利與義務、開放與不開放關係。至於學習方式並無異！Second Life：3D、擬真、隨機真實互動是Second Life的特色，亦是其強調的重點！因為其擬真與進行真實隨機互動因此特別吸引學習者的興趣，但是若真實的說起Second Life其賣點亦如斯！於興趣與功能面上，我想Second Life在興趣引起上佔了絕大優勢，但是相對於功能上卻無新意（語音、文字、影像對談、線上會議、線上研討會）。秀敏不僅要說數位學習重點應為學習的內容及對談的內容的設計與引發，知識承載為所有學習的重點，但是一不可忽略學習興趣與動機的引發與導引，但是孰重孰輕需要課程設計者與教學設計者斟酌！優點若是誤用則會變成缺點，進而隱沒優點！二、Do you support these delivery systems? Why or why not?我是在贊成與支持的，學海無涯！學習是可以容許用各種形式存在的，但習的與否在於個人！個人先備知識、對於知識的理解力與對於知識的學習遷移應用能力決定學習的成效，其他的外在事件僅是觸媒、引發角色！物的價值決乎於用者！三、Do you think e-learning, virtual schools, and Second Life will ever be popular in Taiwan?老師這個問題有點怪怪的！因為e-learning, virtual schools早已存於台灣甚久目前亦在持續中，而未來易會改進與修正中，雖Second Life為近幾年的新的學習工具，但其機制亦早已存在，至於是否在台灣受歡迎亦無法進行定義，但是在台灣關於e-learning, virtual schools, and Second Life相關的研究亦有數萬筆以上！e-learning, virtual schools, and Second Life的學習是一種方式，觀念與工具的置入或獲知或許會影響人的學習方式或途徑改變，但是對於要論定某一種學習是否受歡迎我想在於個人感受及教學者的引用。但是我想有一句話可以說明或許e-learning, virtual schools, and Second Life將來亦會成為「過時」的學習方式！「今是昨非」學習是無時無刻進行改進的！人學習的覺醒促動學習方式的改進，科技的進步推動著學習程序、方式與速度的變化！

9.Virtual School教師角色與學生角色的定位
熟為重熟為輕？此問題需要互為主體及權利義務的角度切入探討！
(1)無孰重孰輕的爭議，教師者為有效教學為利基，學生以有效學習為目的，教與學為自主及個人化的，師者需不愧為師，生者需盡自我最大的努力！生者自主也！
(2)實體課程中師生互動為間斷的，因此學生是否學習具成效以考試及office hour來進行解題，學生是否得到適性化的教學與回應實令人質疑，可以說師生的溝通混雜著團體對教師及個人對教師，而此要是學生是否主動！但是遠距教學中師生的互動，卻被切割的個人對師、生對生，學生學生適性化、主動性為遠距課程師生互動的主流與方式！

What do you think about making educational Web site mobile?

一、要與不要要回答此問題前，應先界定是否應將Web site mobile應用於教育？這問題答案可已是要也可以是不要！要與不要的理由，依設備、人力及相關配套措施而定！
（一）設備：教的設備與學的設備是否達到一定的基準，讓教者可以彈性的運用於及所教。讓學者可以多元的管道且暢通的盡興於學。
（二）人力：
1.受教權的維護：即教的教師是否已經準備好—怎樣教，可以順暢的將學生所應學傳授給予學生，並且可以讓學生在Web site mobile上達到有應有的效益。
2.學習模式符合學生適性需要即Web site mobile學的方式是否符合學生學習習慣，若符合則有相輔相成的效果，若不符合則徒增學生學的困擾。
（三）相關配套措施
1. 相關設備維護人力是否完善，對於問題處裡的機制是否已建立，如：FAQ。
2. 硬體維護及更新預算的編列機制是否建立。
3. 相關行政及法規的著手。

二、Web site mobile應用於教育師者為科技而科技而M-Learning？！
師者為研究而M-Learning？！時勢所趨而應用於教育？！Web site mobile應用於教育的原因－科技技術改善、追求新盈及開創使然。科技改善動力與進步原因，我想就行動裝置Nokia的廣告已說明一切，科技始終來自於人性。我雖非研習哲學，但是不僅要思考此句「科技始終於人性」的背後真理，因為它的真理牽動著科技業者的邁動與趨勢。科技始終於人性=人性化＝符合人類習慣，即是方便、快速及易於使用。學習因為科技的改善，讓學習由：面對面→電腦(意指至少1公斤以上且螢幕至少10寸者)→行動裝置（意指至少1公斤以下且螢幕至少10寸以下者，重點需要有Wi-Fi），因此將科技引入學生的學習希望可以創造更好的學習環境。

因此，若將Web site mobile應用於教育可以應用於：
1.班級經營-即時師生互動及訊息傳遞，增進師生情感
2.無所不在學習環境創造－上傳課程影音資料供學生下載。學生可以上傳自己的學習省思增進同儕學習能量。
3.多元溝通管道，讓不喜於教師前表達且輸入文字慢者，可以應用Web site mobile進行影音或語音傳達訊息給予教師（如：Plurk）。
4.提升合作學習的彈性（隨時且語音）。

What are the potentials, challenges, and limitations of making educational Web site mobile?
對於這個問題，我想應先考慮Web site mobile應用於教育的限制而潛能再論及挑戰。
一、限制叔本華：「人皆以自身視野看世界！」M-Learning最大的限制來自於以D-learning 、 E-Learning 與Web 2.0的視野看待它！叔本華：「人皆以自身視野看世界！」我想這一句話道盡E-learning及Web site mobile應用於教育的限制。話說，電腦給與工業帶來大改變，但卻為教與學帶來『小』改變－說小的原因，主要牽涉到人的學習，學習的要素若依據訊息處理理論來說電腦帶來的是訊息-「刺激」的多元化，但對於學習者的學習並未造成主動的與智慧的引導，如教師一般，及AI的發展不足與限制。但樂觀的人們雖知此限制但亦不遺餘力的在電腦應用於教學上努力不洩，所已有了這樣的發展歷程：CAI → D-learning → E-Learning → Web 2.0、M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning。但細細思索，我想大家對於CAI與D-learning 、 E-Learning 、 Web 2.0與M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning的差異性可以很快指出就是『網路』。而對於D-learning 、 E-Learning 與 Web 2.0的差異也可以思索出即『互動性』與『自主性』。D-learning 、 E-Learning 、Web 2.0與M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning我想若以傳統的視野看，大家皆可看出即是『科技技術』的不同體積更小了，資訊取得更方便了，但反觀這即是M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning的限制與潛在危機。而這危機即因承如叔本華所言：「人皆以自身視野看世界！」我們用D-learning 、 E-Learning 與Web 2.0的視野看待M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning的世界與發展，它被限制我們也被限制！因若我們以D-learning 、 E-Learning 與Web 2.0的視野看待M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning，我想M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning亦如E-Learning 與Web 2.0僅是一個包裝D-learning炫力的包裝名詞意義不大。因此，在秀敏看來M-Learning最大的限制並非來至於硬體面、軟體面而是人的視野角度。M-Learning對於大部分的人來說是「設備」－3G Phone、SmartPhone或PDA。但對於秀敏來說它是一個概念超脫D-learning 、 E-Learning 與Web 2.0。M-Learning、ubiquitous Learning它是概念－它所顯示的意義並非『互動性』與『自主性』而已，它代表的是媒體的大革命概念－『媒體由被動而主動』－『主動性媒體』。

二、潛能學習大革命！突破硬體的想像面與限制面或許以後載具只是一晶片或其他名稱，但它卻可以與全世界溝通無限制！三、Web site mobile應用於教育的挑戰挑戰思維，創造『行動』可能！What are the design considerations?
（一）人機溝通面1.介面設計2.訊息承載量3.訊息呈現次序
（二）互動面
（三）學習者學習習慣改變的適應這是一個學習多元化的世代，沒有人可以否定任何一種學習的方法：傳統講授教學、E- learning及M-Learning。但我們不得不注意，新生代的表達已經由悄悄的改變，他們對於書籍的閱讀已漸漸的減少，對於多媒體影音及個性化簡化的表達有著莫明追求與狂熱！身為設計者你不能不注意，因為那樣的文字與表達以進駐與你的教學網！而這樣的表達方式為師者是否接受，是否導正皆須思量。

Educational levels：在教育上可以區分為學前教育、國小、國中、高中、大學、研究所、成人教育。Podcasting：於分類上因為型態與使用工具方法而有不同區分。（http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podcasting)但大致可以區分為：聲音、影片。Teaching/learning purposes：學科學習（課內、課外）、教育訓練與自我進修。Different subjects：數理理解課程（認知）、語文課程、技能課程、與情意課程。

1.Educational levels上論使用Podcasting應該無任何限制，只要學生有相關學習設備，教師亦創造該學習資源，不應不同的學習階段而有所限制，但唯一需要論述的是→動機。成人的學習通常有著強烈的學習動機，但是對於中小學學生而言需要在所呈現之內容與表達上做更多的設計與鋪陳，以引發學生的學習動機。

2.Teaching/learning purposes：是否可以運用聲音及影像進行數理理解課程（認知）之教學，其課程的內容可以區分為概念的學習，程序的學習及整合學習。若欲運用Podcasting進行教學，需要有更多心力的投入。語文課程運用Podcasting進行教學，我想這是不從置疑的適合，而歧異被廣泛的運用。Podcasting運用於技能課程我想其有不可言喻的限制，但也並不表示無法執行但須用心。於情意課程，我想亦是可行的，可以做些關於情意學習小故事，讓學生由聆聽中學習。

3.Teaching/learning purposes:我想此部分動機決定Podcasting是否運用成功。

人的學習，閱讀文字的學習慢於聲音的學習，聲音的學習可以直接進入人的Working Memory中進行編譯學習，文字的學習需要由腦部轉譯為影像或聲音才可以進入Working Memory中進行編譯學習。此外，聲音的學習可以讓人類可以一心二用，因為耳朵的運作並不影響其他相關器官的運作，例如：一個人可以一邊開車一邊聽音樂。但它卻無法一邊看書一邊開車。我想這是podcasting運用上的優勢與發展上不可限量的潛能，因為符應人類生理構造。podcasting挑戰和限制上，硬體使用上的限制，我想可以被輕易克服。但若主要來自於其無法如文字閱讀可以帶領人進入之意境則是其重要的挑戰與限制。怎說呢？例如:一幅留白的畫，給予人的感受吧！聲音的呈現若過於平順，則容易讓聽的人無法專注與保持動機，所以當我們聽一首已經熟悉的歌曲後，我們可能忙於手邊工作就忘記我們在聽音樂，或者是根本無視於音樂的存在。

說到WIKI如果說他是Blog+Word+網頁編輯軟體的總和，我想不為過！
但是他降低一般人對網頁編輯軟體的恐懼感，因為你不需要知道如何撰寫或是製作網站。但是他卻承續了Blog隨時更新隨時發表的方便性，此外他又滿足了網站管理者資料整理、訊息整理與處理編修的優點，怎麼說呢？看起來不錯～用起來也不賴！但是Sammie忍不住還是想要找出他可以在改進的地方，其實對於科技的應用Sammie秉持著使用工具但是不批判工具，但是可以多種工具一起使用讓1+1大於2的概念在教育科技中不斷的萌芽與被創造，當然他還是有侷限！
工具無罪，隨使用者而有不同的味道與功能發揮！

WIKI要讓Sammie使用於教學設計中，Sammie總是不能不思考，什麼時候用？用的作恰當？用的可以展現出Sammie多變的教學設計概念呢？
讓Sammie想想教學環境中，有哪些元素：

3.教材內容
4.學生
這些都是我們容易去思考到的元素，但是在Sammie的經驗裡
我們不得不加入幾個看不見但是存在的元素
5.動機
6.激勵與鼓勵
7.同儕的相互影響
8.班級整體的氛圍，是否有可以引發學生高度參與的機動點
9.授課教師的上課技巧
10.班級標竿人物（Bandura社會學習認知裡，強調模仿的重要）如何強化標竿人物讓他成為與教師互動的模範，讓其他學生學習該互動機制，引發其他同學與教師互動！
此外，Sammie雖然一直覺得Gagne's的Nine instruction events值得遵循，但是再實際課程執行則會有說不出的困難（當然也可能是教師本身條件的限制）
但是若是要用於網路教學上，則需要多加思索！但是WIKI如何在Gagne's的Nine instruction events中如何發揮功能輔助教師，這是Sammie要思考的！

WIKI相較於BLOG之優點即為可以進行『追蹤修訂』之功能，因此若要將WIKI運用於學校，則可以將WIKI建構為師生間溝通、思考及論辯園地。讓師生在網路上享受自我風格網路之經營。符合廣告之一句名言『我的STYLE我決定』，因此可以鼓勵學生建構自我之WIKI建構自我之思想，發表自我之思想，並允許他來踢館與相互之交流，我想如此可以讓我的學子對於自己思想之建立及勇於表達自我創意之空間。How will you use wikis in your field or areas of teaching?Wiki運用於教與學的契機，以一位教師與教學設計者角度出發如果將WIKI運用於通識課程「邏輯與思考」課程、教學方法設計以PBL為依據。PBL強調教師的問題情境的鋪陳，引導與提供協助。學生則需運用其問題解決策略及合作的學習。WIKI若運用於以PBL設計之課程，教師可以將問題情境先行架構於WIKI頁面中，且建立可以讓學生思考時容易產生迷思的情境問題，藉由迷思情境之營造，讓學生透過合作學習及自我意見的表達，達到邏輯思考建構之過程。

優點：
1.學生可以表達自我邏輯思考及判斷之意見陳述
2.同儕間可以針對彼此思考之陳述進行過程分享，讓邏輯清晰之學生引導較缺乏邏輯思考學生，達到同儕相互之學習。
3.學生為主的學習，教師可以參與其中但不喧賓奪主，讓學生自主。

缺點：
1.若學生主動性缺乏則亦造成社群合作學習不熱絡，不法達到同儕學習之優點，需要教師適時的介入。
2.學生邏輯思維並未達到某種程度因此在針對教師鋪陳之情境問題進行邏輯思考時，易於淺盤化，無法達到深入之思考與討論。對於非實際課程可以進行面對面交流之課程學習皆需要注意，氛圍之建立，若無法建立同儕互相分享學習及勇於表達自我之機制，建議需要將責任制引入，讓每位學生管理與擔任某些議題之主軸，藉同儕互助之力量引導學生進入及參與討論…

Why accessible Websites are so important in education?
1.受教權的維護教育講求的是受教權與知的權利，當網路資訊傳輸快速的發展下，在教育上不僅將教學、師生溝通及同儕合作學習之機制廣泛的應用網路科技。因此教育若無法在運用網路科技之同時兼顧其他較弱勢（聲障、視障）之學生，那麼這些較弱勢之學生的受教權及知的權利將受的危害。2.知識的傳播雖說教學網頁或網站的設定僅於運用於學生的學習，但是對於知識的傳播確認這些網站可以兼具的功能，讓非科目之學生亦可以接收相關的訊息，尤其因為各種原因而無法到校學習的學生，如：聲障、視障之學生，更多的資源。此外，校園相關訊息或活動的公告，亦應秉持著人人可以參與人人可以瞭解的精神，讓那些聲障、視障之學生與人士可以接收到相同的訊息，提升他們對於社會的疏離感。

教師在進行網頁製作時，應知道正確無障礙語法，且可以連結至無障礙的90條檢測(http://enable.nat.gov.tw/management.do?funId=402880821ae832fa011ae899519f0005#402880821ae832fa011ae899519f0005），進行語法於無障礙網頁製作之要求。且應申請無障礙標籤。申請無障礙標籤實可區分為機器檢測及人工檢測。機器檢測，就是要先用軟體做初步檢測，可連結單機版檢測工具（http://enable.nat.gov.tw/management.do?funId=402880081bbac61b011bbad3282d0002）來下載檢測軟體。人工檢測，及參考無障礙的90條檢測進行自我檢測。其它關於無障礙網頁的相關資訊，亦可連結無障礙網路空間服務網進行查詢。無障礙網路空間服務網（http://enable.nat.gov.tw/）亦提供無障礙空間樣版給予民眾下載此用，讓無障礙空建置作更無障礙唷！此外，申請無障礙網頁認證的話，需要先至無障礙網路空間服務網進行註冊，並填寫資料，才能申請標籤的認證。認證結果該協會亦會以mail進行通知。

無障礙網路空間服務網提供了相關檢測工具，分為單基本檢測及線上檢測，單機版檢測需要將檢測軟體下載後進行個人單機網頁測試，線上測試則為申請帳號方式，由該協會進行，檢測報告預計於72小時內寄給申請人。此外，若運用flash製作網站，則應該如何達到無障礙空間呢？在網路上找到這樣一個好站，他提供了一些方法我想可以供同學參考。無障礙Flash網頁製作範例http://swf.com.tw/?p=56。

Online polls and surveys

1.特性,原則
Online polls and surveys，將傳統紙本投票及調查問卷方式應用網路科技將及改為線上模式，利用網路作為投票及問卷調查之輔具，作為收集資料之方法。目前網路上有諸多的免費線上投票及調查問卷之服務，如：
（1）MY3Q網站：http://www.my3q.com/misc/register/register.phtml
（2）PollDady
（3）優仕網問卷http://survey.youthwant.com.tw/
皆強調快速製作線上投票問卷及問卷調查。
當然目前教學上所用之LMS系統皆有此功能，例如：BlackBoard、WebCT、Moodle等。提供教師們進行課程滿意度調查或教學相關研究使用。

2.優缺點
（1）優點：除方便、快速且簡易超作外，多數投票及問卷調查系統中皆有協助使用者作簡易分析之功能，讓使用者可以輕鬆的掌握其投票及問卷調查結果，提供使用者相當方便的功能。
（2）缺點：除系統穩定性及連線速度問題外，亦可很清晰的瞭解到線上投票及問卷調查最大缺點，即無法進行投票及問卷調查過程之管控問題，使用者或是研究者無法確實掌握投票者之投票及問卷調查過程，成為線上投票及問卷調查最大的詬病。

3.用途,目的
線上投票及問卷調查用途甚廣，但是大致上可依用途分為：
（1）商業用途：運用於顧客滿意度調查、顧客偏好度調查或是市場未來趨勢調查等。
（2）教育用途：運用於教學滿意度調查、教師教學過程研究問卷之運用，學校用於師生相關訊息及意見的收集或為教育訓練人員對於教育訓練過程修正及滿意度問卷的調查。
（3）其他：可運用於個人網誌使用滿意度調查，同學朋友間意見調查….範圍很廣泛，可以說只要您想進行投票及問卷調查皆可以上網，因此只要您想的到的投票及問卷調查方式或形式皆可以上網。

4.使用經驗
目前使用過至少3種以上的線上投票及問卷調查系統，但是皆大同小異以下就PollDady說明感想：
PollDady的使用主要目的是因為Dr. Yuen的課程作業所以使用。發現PollDady 操作介面方便且容易上手，且提供投票及問卷調查結果分析資料，可以說是相當的方便，但是缺點未付費情況下有頁面之限制，當然對於題目列表方面其亦有如其他線上投票及問卷調查面面設計缺點，即無法如紙本般的呈現題數之答題選項之橫列模式而是採直列模式，使的整個問卷業面非常的冗長，使用者在答題過程需要不斷的作滑鼠滑動操作，在使用者介面上可稱為不佳。

5.曾經的創意使用
一般秀敏在使用線上投票及問卷調查系統時的用途，皆使用於教學滿意度的調查或是班級相關事件學生意見調查部分，但是於2007的一門通識課程『動漫畫製作及賞析』課程，因為歷年來課程老師皆會在學生課程結束後進行學生畫展，而此學期課程因為兼顧要進行行動研究因此課程時間多所壓縮，因此無法在課程實踐為學生舉辦畫展，因此在諸多的方案中，選擇進行線上畫展，且進行線上畫展投票，每位學生可以投三張票，並且依據最佳得票之前三名進行鼓勵，發現學生對於投票及參與過程十分熱烈，且可以清晰的評比對於他所投出之畫作，實在是意外的收穫。因此利用線上投票及問卷調查系統進行『線上畫展』與評選最佳畫作，實是一個好方案，於下來的課程必繼續沿用。

Contextual Learning
Contextual Learning is reality-based, outside-of-the-classroom experience, within a specific context which serves as a catalyst for students to utilize their disciplinary knowledge, and which presents a forum for further formation of their personal values, faith, and professional development. Beyond the challenge of direct, meaningful experience, contextual learning requires reflection to build lasting cognitive connections. Contextual learning structures may include internships, service learning, and study abroad programs, among others." This definition was formulated in 2002 and presented at the annual conference proceedings of the National Society for Experiential Education [1] by Michael True [2] .

Various experiential learning theorists have contributed to an understanding of contextual learning. These include John Dewey, Kurt Lewin, David Kolb, and Peter Ewell.
